To use my online store, you will need to provide me with a valid email address and you may be able to choose a username. Depending on the services you choose. I may need to collect additional information, as billing or payment information, a telephone number, and a physical address. Please note that for security and performance reasons, such content won't be access by anyone else then myself and won't be shared with any other website, store, company or person.

Orders of art work and prints from online store:
If I sent the item and it is not what you want or you change your mind. please notify me within 7 working days and a full refund will be given on return of the item. providing it is in the same condition it was received in.
I am afraid return shipping costs would be cover by customer.

 After the period of 7 working days I am happy to be contacted about any concerns and will do my best to resolve any issues so that you are happy.

Once received returns of custom orders are not refundable.

Although, If the customised order is not personalise, like for example pet or family portrait, I might consider accepting the return and refunding up to 50% of the price on return of the item providing it is in the same condition it was received in.

I will send orders out, apart of custom orders, within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery period vary for each country.
